Scoreboard FAQ
How is the first-time-fix rate measured?
I track every job that gets closed without a callback within 30 days. If the customer calls back about the same issue, that job is removed from the fix-rate count. Industry average sits at 65-75%. I hold 88% across the last 30 days.
What does callback rate mean?
If I fix something and that same repair fails inside 30 days, that’s a callback. The lower the rate, the better the diagnostic and repair quality. Industry average is 8-12%. I run at 3%.
How fast can you actually respond?
Most calls get same-day or next-day service. In peak summer or peak winter I can run 1-2 days out, but I always tell you straight what to expect. No phantom appointment slots.
Are these numbers real or marketing?
Real. Pulled from the same dispatch system I use to run jobs. The 4.8/300+ number comes from Google’s verified review count. I don’t pad and I don’t filter.
Why publish this?
Because every HVAC company in Oklahoma claims they’re the best. I’d rather show you the numbers and let you decide. If I ever drop below industry average, this page will say so.
Ready to put me to work?
I show 6,500+ completed HVAC jobs by town on one page, with write-ups and photos from my crew. Type your ZIP or town to see the work around you. 4.8 stars, 300+ Google reviews.
