Position Overview

I’m hiring an experienced HVAC Installer at Hartzell’s Heat & Air to lead installation jobs and hold professional standards on residential and light commercial projects across Oklahoma City and central Oklahoma.

This is not an entry-level position. You must be able to lead a crew, manage a job site, and complete installations properly without constant supervision.


Work Schedule

  • Monday, Friday
  • 7:00 AM, 3:30 PM
  • 8-hour shift
  • Seasonal overtime available

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead installation crews and job sites
  • Install ductwork in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
  • Install air conditioners, heat pumps, gas and electric furnaces
  • Install thermostats and system accessories
  • Connect electrical, gas, drain lines, and venting systems
  • Install flue pipes through walls and roofs
  • Operate power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

  • Proven HVAC installation experience
  • Ability to lead a crew and manage workflow
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and new construction
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
