What is the difference between the Tune-Up and Water Heater 360 plans?
The 360 adds the annual flush and descaling — the most important service for Oklahoma hard water.
The Tune-Up ($99/yr) covers inspection, safety checks, anode rod assessment, a written condition report, and 10% off repairs. The Water Heater 360 ($199/yr) adds a full tank flush (removes sediment), a tankless descaling flush, and a recovery time test against manufacturer specs, plus 15% off repairs. Both plans include no dispatch fee on your included annual visit. For Oklahoma hard water, the 360 flush is the more valuable service — sediment and scale are what kill water heaters early here.
Is there a dispatch fee for water heater maintenance plan members?
No dispatch fee on your included annual water heater visit — that cost is covered by your membership.
The standard $99 dispatch fee applies to repair calls and any additional service outside your included visit. Your annual maintenance inspection is fully covered by the plan with no extra fee on top.
Do you service all water heater brands?
Yes — tank, tankless, hybrid, and geothermal desuperheater, any brand.
We service GE, Rheem, Bradford White, A.O. Smith, Navien, Rinnai, and others. We are the authorized local installer for GE RealMAX Premium and a Bradford White Authorized Dealer. If your system is near end of life, we can size and quote a replacement on the same visit so you have a decision in hand without scheduling a second trip.
Can I combine a water heater plan with an HVAC maintenance plan?
Yes — we can inspect your HVAC and water heater on the same visit, no extra trip charge.

I have two water heaters — is there an add-on price?
Yes — $49/yr for a second unit on the Tune-Up plan, $79/yr on the Water Heater 360.
Both units get the same inspection on the same visit. No extra trip charge. Common in homes with a master bath water heater and a separate whole-house unit, or in homes with a geothermal desuperheater alongside a backup tank.
