Maintenance should prevent the expensive call, not confuse you with retired plan sheets. These are the current choices.
Residential HVAC plans

Standalone tune-ups
Standalone AC or heating tune-ups are $229 during weekday 7 AM to 3 PM windows after contact capture.
Water heaters
WH Tune-Up is a $99 add-on only while Hartzell is already on site for AC, heating, or geothermal work. It is not a standalone appointment and it is not self-bookable online. Standalone gas and electric water-heater tune-ups are $149.
No separate water-heater annual plan and no separate plumbing maintenance plan are currently offered online.
A standard residential service call is $210 total: $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic. Scheduled included maintenance visits have no dispatch fee. Repair troubleshooting follows the current service-call rule.
