This is the top residential tier. It has the same two visits as the middle plan, so if you are weighing the $139 difference, you are not buying more maintenance. You are buying what happens between the visits.

The $139 Question: What This Adds Over Spring and Fall 360
Three things, and nothing else. I would rather list them than let you assume there is more.
- Filters all year instead of two. The middle plan installs two, one at each visit. This one keeps those two installs and then covers filters for the rest of the year: you call the office, we have them ready, and you pick them up at the shop. Not mailed, not delivered, and there is no cap on how many.
- The emergency trip charge waived, twice a plan year. Scope below, because the detail matters.
- Priority scheduling when the calendar is full, which in Oklahoma means the first hot week of summer and the first hard freeze.
The repair discount is the same 10% capped at $300 as the middle tier. It does not go up. Dave’s rule is that the top tier is differentiated by a benefit, not by a bigger percentage, and I am not going to invent one here.
The Emergency Waiver, Exactly
An after hours call normally costs $309: $198 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic. On this plan the $198 dispatch is waived, up to two times per plan year. You still pay the $111 diagnostic. So an emergency costs you $111 instead of $309, twice a year.
It is two, not unlimited, and I will not pretend otherwise. Say it the way I say it on the phone: no emergency trip charge, twice a year. After the second one, the normal $309 applies.
Filters All Year, and Why You Pick Them Up
You call the office, we set them aside, you swing by the shop. That is the arrangement and it is the same one for everybody on this plan. It means I know what is actually going in your system, and it means you are not waiting on a delivery when the filter is already grey. If you go through filters faster than twice a year, and plenty of houses with dogs or a dusty road do, this is the line item that pays for the tier by itself.
If Something Goes Wrong in a Heat Wave
On the top tier, if I cannot get your system going the same day, I will make arrangements to keep you comfortable, including putting you up for the night. I am not going to write that out as a contract clause with thresholds and conditions, because the point of it is that I handle it. Call me and we will sort it.
Is This the Right Tier for You
Take it if you go through filters, if you have been stung by an after hours bill before, or if losing heat or cooling in your house is a genuine problem rather than an inconvenience. If none of those are true, Spring and Fall 360 at $360 gets you the same two visits and I would rather you spent the $139 on something else. Geothermal has its own tiers on the Geo 360 plans page.
The Service Call Fee Rule
There is always a dispatch fee and always a diagnostic fee. A standard residential service call is $210 total: $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic. After hours is $198 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic, $309 total, and it is non-refundable. The scheduled visits included in your plan are the exception: no dispatch fee on those. Repair troubleshooting on any other visit follows the normal rule.
Connected thermostat features and pricing for additional systems have to be confirmed by the office for your specific equipment and agreement.

Where These Plans Run
Kingfisher, Canadian, Oklahoma, Garfield, Major, Logan and Blaine counties: Kingfisher, El Reno, Yukon, Mustang, Okarche, Piedmont, Enid, Guthrie, Crescent, Watonga, Hennessey, Cashion and the towns between them. Geothermal is the exception and I travel most of the state for it.

It is if you use filters, or if one after hours call would wipe out the difference, which it does: $309 against $111 is a $198 swing on a single call. If neither applies to you, take the $360 plan.

No. It is maintenance, not a warranty. It discounts repairs by 10% up to $300 and it waives the emergency trip charge twice a year. If a compressor fails, you are paying for a compressor.
