These are maintenance plans for geothermal heat pumps, the kind that trade heat with the ground through a buried loop instead of with the outdoor air. You will see the same machine called a ground source heat pump, a geoexchange system or just geo. Same thing, and ClimateMaster, WaterFurnace and GeoStar all build them.

What a Geothermal Visit Covers That an Air System Does Not
A geothermal heat pump has no outdoor condenser to hose off. The work is underground and in the mechanical room, and it is a different checklist:
- Loop pressure and fluid level, plus antifreeze concentration.
- Flow rate and the temperature difference across the coax, entering and leaving water. That pair is how you catch a loop losing performance while it is still working.
- Flow center and circulator pumps.
- Desuperheater and its water side when the unit has one, which is free hot water you already paid for and should not be letting sit dead.
- Refrigerant charge, compressor and blower electrical, airflow and controls.
- A written report before I leave, with a quote for anything I found.
Ground Source and Air Source Are Not the Same Service Plan
Both are heat pumps and both move heat rather than burn fuel, so the plans get confused constantly. The difference that matters for a maintenance plan is where the heat comes from, because that is what I am inspecting.

If you are not sure which one you have, the quickest tell is outside: a geothermal system has no outdoor condenser at all. If there is nothing running out there on a hot afternoon and the house is still cool, it is almost certainly geothermal.
Brands I Am Accredited On
I am IGSHPA accredited, a ClimateMaster GeoElite dealer, a WaterFurnace dealer, and a GeoStar dealer for both commercial and residential. On a ClimateMaster system the visit is checked against the factory service data for that model, and anything still under warranty is processed through me.
Loops, Bores and Who Does the Drilling
I design the loop, size the system, and stand behind the install. The drilling itself is done by my OWRB licensed driller, not by me. I offer water well drilling and geothermal bore drilling through him. There is no public price on a well or a bore, so call 405-375-4822 and I will get the details and put a real number together.
How Far I Travel for Geothermal
Geothermal is the exception to my service area. Everyday AC, heating and water heater work stays inside Kingfisher, Canadian, Oklahoma, Garfield, Major, Logan and Blaine counties. For geothermal I travel across nearly the whole state of Oklahoma, depending on the customer and the project. If you have a geothermal system and you are outside those seven counties, call me anyway.

$348 flat. Same number weekday or after hours.
Is the geothermal diagnostic price different after hours?
No. Geothermal is $348 flat, day or night. It is never quoted at the $309 emergency rate.
Do I have to be a plan member to get geothermal maintenance in Oklahoma?
No. You can book a standalone geothermal tune-up any time. The plan just puts the visits on a schedule so I am not showing up after something already broke.
What gets checked on a geothermal maintenance visit?
Loop pressure and fluid condition, entering and leaving water temperature, flow, the flow center and pump, coil and electrical, airflow, controls, and the desuperheater when the system has one. You get a written report.
How much is a geothermal maintenance plan in Oklahoma?
Geo One Visit Spring or Fall 360 is $360 a year, Geo Spring and Fall 360 is $428, and Geo Full Year 360 is $499. All three carry a 10% repair discount, up to $300 per repair.
Do you service geothermal outside your normal service area?
Yes. Geothermal is the one thing I travel for, across most of Oklahoma. My everyday HVAC work stays inside the seven counties.

All three. I am a WaterFurnace dealer, a GeoStar dealer for commercial and residential, and a ClimateMaster GeoElite dealer, and I am IGSHPA accredited.
Does the $348 still apply if my geothermal unit is under warranty?
Yes. The $348 geothermal diagnostic applies on a warranty visit too. The warranty covers the part, it does not cover the trip and the time to find the fault.
What does the emergency waiver on Geo Full Year 360 actually cover?
The $198 emergency dispatch is waived up to two times per plan year. You still pay the $111 diagnostic, so an after hours call is $111 instead of $309. It is two, not unlimited.
Do you have a heat pump service plan?
Yes, two families of them. If it is a geothermal, ground source heat pump, the Geo 360 plans on this page cover it: $360, $428 or $499 a year. If it is an air source heat pump with an outdoor condenser, that is the 360 plans at $199, $360 or $499.
Is a geothermal system the same as a ground source heat pump?
