By using this website or scheduling services with Hartzell’s Heat & Air, you agree to the following terms. If you have questions, call 405-375-4822.

Our Services

Hartzell’s Heat & Air provides residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance throughout central Oklahoma. I hold a Master HVAC License and am NATE trained and fully insured. Free estimates are available on new equipment installations.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, debit, and credit card. Invoices are issued at time of service. Past-due balances may be subject to additional fees.

Diagnostic Policy

A $111 diagnostic fee is charged on standard residential service calls. The diagnostic does not reduce the repair price. Repair work is quoted before approval.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at any time before work begins without penalty. Once work has started, cancellation is not available.

Refund Policy

If you have a concern about completed work, contact me within 72 hours at 405-375-4822 or office@hartzellsheatandair.com. I’ll make it right. Refunds on labor are not issued for completed services, but I stand behind my work and will return to address any legitimate issue at no additional charge within the scope of the original repair.

Liability

Hartzell’s Heat & Air is not liable for website downtime, data errors, third-party delays, or circumstances outside our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

Disputes

I aim to resolve any concern directly and quickly. If legal action becomes necessary, it will be handled under Oklahoma state law in Kingfisher County.

Program Name: Hartzell’s Heat & Air Alerts

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Hartzell’s Heat & Air, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages. These messages may include appointment reminders, service follow-ups, maintenance plan notices, seasonal tune-up reminders, and promotional offers related to HVAC services.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and preferences, you may receive up to 4 messages per month.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START to the same number.
