Water Heater & Plumbing Plans

What Is a PMA?

A preventive maintenance agreement is a pre-paid annual service contract. You pay once per year, I put your equipment in my scheduling system, and I contact you before peak season to set your visit. No reminders needed on your end.

Your included visit(s) carry no dispatch fee, that cost is built into the plan. Repair calls outside your included visits use the standard $99 dispatch fee, and plan members receive 10-20% off the repair labor depending on plan tier.

Trane, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Daikin, and ClimateMaster all require documented annual service to keep parts warranty valid. Without a service record on file, a manufacturer can deny a claim on a $2,000 compressor or a $1,500 heat exchanger. Every Hartzell’s visit produces a dated, itemized written report, your proof of care.

What is a preventive maintenance agreement?
