What to expect

I confirm your appointment. After you schedule, I call to confirm the arrival window so you are not left guessing. Online booking shows the real open times, and same-day service is offered where the schedule allows.
Pricing up front. A daytime residential call is $210 flat: $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic. After hours it is $309 flat. Geothermal diagnostics are $348 flat, and light commercial is $389 flat. Once I know what is wrong, the repair price is in writing before I start.
Free estimates on new systems. Heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, mini-splits, and geothermal. No truck charge on a replacement quote.

Outside those seven counties I do not cover everyday heating and cooling. Geothermal is the exception: for geothermal I travel across Oklahoma and into most of the states that border it, depending on the project.

Questions before you call

Do you charge a fee to come out?

Yes. There is always a dispatch fee and a diagnostic fee: $99 plus $111, $210 flat on a residential call. On a maintenance plan the dispatch is waived for the included visit, and new system estimates are free.

What if I smell gas or see smoke?

Leave the building first and call 911 or your gas utility. Call me once you are safe.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, on every new system: heat pumps, central air, furnaces, mini-splits, and geothermal. Call 405-375-4822 to set one up.

Current Maintenance Plan Names

Maintenance plans now use the 360 plan family: One Visit Spring or Fall 360 at $199/year, Spring and Fall 360 at $360/year, Full Year 360 at $499/year, Geo One Visit Spring or Fall 360 at $360/year, Geo Spring and Fall 360 at $428/year, and Geo Full Year 360 at $499/year.

WH Tune-Up is a $99 add-on only while a technician is already on site for AC, heating, or geothermal work. Standalone gas and electric water-heater tune-ups are $149.
