The Deal
You work from your home. Jobs come to you through my dispatch system. You run the call, collect payment on the spot, and keep 40% of everything you generate.
Service calls average $300-$500. Full system installs run $10,000-$30,000. An established territory generates $20,000+ per month. Your 40% at that level is over $8,000 a month, working your own schedule, in your own community.
Techs who do installs ramp fastest. Experience with full replacements and a helper means you can be cash-positive inside 60 days.
Who I Am Looking For
The right person has lived in their community for years, has family there, and has neighbors who already call them for HVAC advice. They want to build something that reflects on their family. They have a helper, a brother, a son, a partner, who works alongside them on installs. They are done working for someone else.
I am expanding into underserved areas of Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. If your community does not have a dedicated, professional HVAC company, this is your opportunity to be that company.

- Any area where the nearest HVAC company is 30+ miles away
What does a typical week look like?
You check the dispatch app each morning. Jobs in your territory show on your phone. You run 3-5 calls per day, collect payment through the app, close the tickets. Dave is available by phone for any technical question. You never deal with billing, scheduling, or marketing, that runs from my end.
Do I need to relocate?
No. That is the point. You already live in the community you serve. You work from your home. The truck is your shop. Your community connections are your best marketing.
What experience do I need?
Valid HVAC license for your state, EPA 608 certification, and at least 5 years hands-on experience. Install experience with full system replacements is strongly preferred, that is where the real revenue is.
What does 40% mean in real dollars?
Service calls generate $300-$600 each. Your 40% is $120-$240 per call. Four calls a day is $500-$1,000 in your pocket before installs. One $15,000 install is $6,000 to you. Techs doing both service and installs consistently earn $80,000-$100,000+ per year working their own territory.
Do I need my own tools and truck?
No. I supply the truck and tools. You bring your skills, your license, and your community. If you already have a truck and tools, I can adjust the split accordingly.
