Commercial refrigeration runs colder (28F to 38F for cooler, -10F to 0F for freezer) and uses different refrigerants and controllers than residential AC. The mechanical skills overlap heavily. My Oklahoma Master HVAC license covers both, which is why I do not need a separate commercial refrigeration contractor for your restaurant.

Yes, the Commercial PMA is $540 per year and covers two scheduled visits (spring and fall), priority dispatch on emergency calls, no overtime upcharge during the contract year, and a 15% discount on parts. Most restaurants pay for the PMA twice over on the first avoided emergency. Ask about it when you book.
Do you work on wine coolers and humidors?
Yes. Wine coolers ranging from 24-bottle residential units up to walk-in wine cellars. Humidors including cigar lounge walk-ins and cabinet humidors with temp and RH control. These are specialty refrigeration but the mechanics (compressor, controller, refrigerant, sealed system) are the same as any other commercial cooler. Same $99 dispatch, $111 diagnostic, written quote.
