What are the current HVAC maintenance plans?

One Visit Spring or Fall 360 is $199/year for one included visit. Spring and Fall 360 is $360/year for two included visits. Full Year 360 is $499/year for two included visits and the top-tier emergency-dispatch backstop.

What are the current geothermal maintenance plans?

Geo One Visit Spring or Fall 360 is $360/year, Geo Spring and Fall 360 is $428/year, and Geo Full Year 360 is $499/year.

Is the $99 WH Tune-Up a standalone appointment?

No. WH Tune-Up is a $99 add-on only while Hartzell is already on site for AC, heating, or geothermal work. Standalone gas and electric water-heater tune-ups are $149.

Are diagnostics credited?

The $111 residential diagnostic is not credited. Repair work is quoted before approval.

Do plans include connected thermostat features?

Connected thermostat features are not a universal maintenance-plan benefit. Compatible equipment and any connected-system features have to be confirmed by the office for the specific system.
