Travel requirement: Hartzell’s performs statewide Oklahoma geothermal drilling, installation, commissioning and service. Statewide travel is required. Some projects can require early departures, long travel days or overnight travel.

What This Role Does

  • Support or perform geothermal service, loop-field work, installation, commissioning and follow-up depending on verified skill level.
  • Work around ClimateMaster equipment, geothermal flow centers, loop fields, controls, EWT, LWT, GPM, PSI and Delta T measurements.
  • Protect homeowner property, job documentation, safety practices and clean handoff to Dave, Shelby and the field team.

Pay, Training and Terms

Base pay is $32-$40 per hour for verified experience, licensing and diagnostic ability. Potential total compensation of $90,000-$110,000+ is for a proven producer and is not guaranteed.

Performance compensation is available according to the final written employment offer. Hartzell’s provides company-paid training, licensing and CEUs. The experienced-technician role may include a company service vehicle, tablet and major tools, subject to final employment terms.
