A standard residential service call is $210 total: $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic. Scheduled included maintenance visits have no dispatch fee. Repair troubleshooting follows the current service-call rule.
Connected thermostat features and additional-system pricing must be confirmed by the office for the specific equipment and agreement.
