What Preventative Maintenance Gets You
The Tune-Up PMA is a scheduled agreement, not a call-in. I reach out, put you on the calendar during slower periods, and your system gets looked at every year on a schedule. That’s different from calling in and hoping I have availability in July.

Newer systems, systems that have been maintained, and systems that check out clean on the diagnostic. The tech makes the call. If the system is reliable, the offer gets made. If significant repairs are needed, the $111 goes toward the repair instead.
What if repairs are needed?
The $111 diagnostic is credited toward your repair when you approve the work within 14 days. The Tune-Up PMA is still available to add at the full $138 price, on top of the repair and dispatch costs. The $27 special pricing only applies when the system passes clean.
What’s the difference between a tune-up call and a PMA?
A tune-up call is a one-time visit you book when you want it. A PMA is a scheduled agreement, I reach out, put you on the calendar, and your system gets looked at every year. You don’t have to remember to call. That’s the difference.
What does the Tune-Up PMA include?
One scheduled inspection per year, priority repair scheduling, a written service report after every visit, and a 6-month labor warranty on any failure I find and repair during that inspection. Warranty resets with each annual visit. Auto-renews at $138/year.
Can I add a second system?
Yes, add coverage for a second system for $75/year on the Tune-Up PMA. If you step up to Dave’s 360, the second system is $144/year. Ask the tech when he’s there.
Why can’t I buy this online or over the phone?
The $27 offer works because today’s diagnostic visit is your first annual inspection. I can only credit it toward the plan when I’ve just completed the check in person. Once the tech leaves, the offer goes with him.
