Which 360 Plan Do You Want?
4.8 stars, 300+ Google reviews
Every plan I sell, side by side, with what actually separates them.
The plan names changed and the prices changed with them. If you landed here from an old link or an old PDF, this page is the current picture. Nothing below is a legacy price and nothing below is a name I have retired.

Geothermal is a different checklist, underground and in the mechanical room rather than at an outdoor condenser, which is why the tiers start higher. Details on the Geo 360 plans page.
Water Heater
WH 360 is $199 a year and covers the scheduled annual service visit on a tank water heater with no dispatch fee on that visit. It is separate from the HVAC plans and you can hold both. See water heater service.
How to Choose, in Three Questions
- Do you have a heat pump or geothermal? Then you need two visits, not one. A heat pump runs in both seasons and one annual visit tests half of it. That rules out the $199 tier.
- Do you go through air filters? If yes, the jump from $360 to $499 usually pays for itself, because the top tier covers filters all year instead of two.
- Would one after hours call hurt? An emergency is $309 normally and $111 on the top tier, twice a year. One call closes most of the $139 gap between the two upper plans on its own.
If the answer to all three is no, take One Visit Spring or Fall 360 at $199 and keep your money. I would rather sell you the right one than the big one.
What No Plan Does
No plan here is a warranty and none of them make repairs free. There is always a dispatch fee and always a diagnostic fee, with one exception: the scheduled visits inside your plan. If a compressor fails, you are buying a compressor, with 10% off up to $300 if your tier carries it.
The Service Call Fee Rule
There is always a dispatch fee and always a diagnostic fee. A standard residential service call is $210 total: $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic. After hours is $198 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic, $309 total, and it is non-refundable. The scheduled visits included in your plan are the exception: no dispatch fee on those. Repair troubleshooting on any other visit follows the normal rule.
Connected thermostat features and pricing for additional systems have to be confirmed by the office for your specific equipment and agreement.
Financing covers plans and repairs, not just new equipment: Synchrony, Wells Fargo, Wisetack, Klarna and JB Financing. Wisetack, Klarna and JB only soft pull to show you offers, so checking costs you nothing.
Where These Plans Run
Kingfisher, Canadian, Oklahoma, Garfield, Major, Logan and Blaine counties: Kingfisher, El Reno, Yukon, Mustang, Okarche, Piedmont, Enid, Guthrie, Crescent, Watonga, Hennessey, Cashion and the towns between them. Geothermal is the exception and I travel across Oklahoma and most bordering states for it.
Questions
What HVAC maintenance plans does Hartzell’s offer?
Three residential: One Visit Spring or Fall 360 at $199, Spring and Fall 360 at $360, and Full Year 360 at $499. Three geothermal at $360, $428 and $499. And WH 360 for water heaters at $199. Compare them all on the plans page.
Which maintenance plan should I pick?
Two visits if you have a heat pump or geothermal. The $499 tier if you use filters or an after hours call would hurt, because an emergency drops from $309 to $111 twice a year. Otherwise the $199 plan and keep the difference.
Did the plan names change?
Yes. The names and the prices were both updated, and the old names are retired. Everything on this page is current. If you are holding an older agreement, its terms are whatever you signed and the office can read it back to you.
Is the repair discount the same on every plan?
It is 10% capped at $300 per repair on every tier that carries it. The $199 entry plan carries 0%. The top tier does not get a bigger percentage, it gets benefits instead.
Can I hold an HVAC plan and a water heater plan at the same time?
Yes, they are separate products. Plenty of people hold a 360 HVAC plan and WH 360 together.
How much is a standalone tune-up without a plan?
$229 on a weekday, 7am to 3pm. Geothermal is $348 flat, weekday or after hours. See the tune-up page for the full checklist.
Not sure which one?
Call 405-375-4822 and tell me what is in the house. It takes about a minute to work out which tier is right, and I will tell you if the answer is the cheapest one.
Existing signed agreements may have different historical terms.
