How much does a new furnace cost in Oklahoma?
It depends on the house, so I do not publish a range. The price turns on a load calculation, a furnace matched to your coil and blower, efficiency (80% or 96% AFUE), the gas line, venting and electrical, and ductwork condition. The estimate is free: I come out, measure, and hand you a written number.
How long does furnace installation take?
Most replacements are done in a single day, typically 4 to 6 hours. I remove the old unit, install the new one, connect gas and venting, verify combustion, and set up the thermostat before I leave.
What size furnace do I need?
That depends on square footage, insulation, window area and ceiling height. I use Manual J load calculations rather than rule-of-thumb guesses. An oversized furnace short cycles, leaves the house humid in the shoulder seasons and wears out early.

Is a high-efficiency furnace worth it in Oklahoma?
A 96% AFUE furnace costs more up front than an 80% unit, and I put both prices in writing. Our heating season is shorter than up north, so it depends on your gas rate and how hard your furnace runs. I look at your system and your bills and tell you straight.
