• Full residential and light commercial installs, Kingfisher and Central Oklahoma

What We Need

• EPA 608 certification required
• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience

Do I have to come to the shop every morning?

No. You start from home. I dispatch you directly and the truck is either at your place or picked up once on the way. The goal is for you to be doing billable work, not driving to a warehouse.

How does performance pay work for installers?

Your base pay is competitive for Central Oklahoma. On top of that you earn a percentage of the invoice value of the systems you install. Accountability, workmanship quality, and customer feedback all factor in. The better you perform, the higher your percentage tier.

Do I need geothermal experience?

Not required, but it’s a big plus. We do geothermal installs across Central Oklahoma and I’ll train the right person. ClimateMaster factory training is available for techs who commit to learning it.

What happens if I have a callback?

We talk about it honestly, figure out what happened, and fix it. Accountability matters here and persistent quality issues affect pay. That’s the deal from the start.
