Geothermal Lease and Financing Options Oklahoma
Palmetto Comfort Plan copy must describe a lease option, not a loan.
Some geothermal pages used old financing language. The Palmetto/ClimateMaster Comfort Plan should be described as a lease option, not a loan.
Palmetto Comfort Plan
For qualified homeowners, the ClimateMaster Geothermal Comfort Plan powered by Palmetto is a 10-year residential geothermal lease option that may provide $0 upfront and one monthly payment for eligible project costs. Approval, payment, taxes, coverage, rebates, service availability, renewal terms, buyout amount, prepay options, and eligibility are controlled by the agreement and program rules.
Cash and Traditional Financing
Some customers still choose a cash purchase or traditional financing instead of the lease path. Hartzell can compare lease, cash, and financing options after the home, utility, equipment, loop field, and project scope are reviewed.
Tax and Rebate Limits
Homeowners who lease HVAC equipment should not be told they personally receive the federal geothermal tax credit. Utility rebates may still apply, but the amount, recipient, and eligibility must be checked against the specific utility and project.
No payment example on this site is a guaranteed quote or approval.
Pricing and plan availability are current to the verified August 2026 Hartzell/HCP recovery receipts. Existing signed agreements may have different historical terms.
