Geothermal Comfort Plan: $0 upfront
If the upfront cost is what stands between you and geothermal, there is a lease path. I am an Approved Palmetto Partner, and the Geothermal Comfort Plan is a 10-year lease: $0 upfront and 120 even monthly payments.
One payment covers the system, the ground loop and the install, and the maintenance, filters, repairs and service labor ride inside it. I stay your service company for the whole term.
- Approved example: a $25,000 system is $225 a month.
- Approved example: a $40,000 system is $332 a month.
It is a lease, not a purchase. Palmetto owns the system during the term, and there is an end-of-term buyout, so $0 upfront does not mean you own it at the end. It is for residential geothermal only, and not for projects over $200,000.

What a real geothermal job looks like
Most contractors who say they do geothermal mean they will install a box somebody else specified. The loop is where these systems succeed or fail, and the loop is the part you cannot see once the dirt goes back. Here is what the work actually looks like.

What I do, and what I do not do
I design the loop, I size the system, and I stand behind the install. I offer water well drilling and geothermal bore drilling, and the drilling itself is done by my OWRB licensed driller. I do not drill it myself and I will not tell you otherwise.
I work on ClimateMaster, WaterFurnace and GeoStar, and I am a dealer for all three. I am IGSHPA accredited, which matters because loop sizing is not something you learn from a box.
Where I go for geothermal
For everyday air conditioning, heating and water heater work I run seven counties daily: Kingfisher, Canadian, Oklahoma, Garfield, Major, Logan and Blaine.
Geothermal is the exception. For geothermal install, replacement, repair, tune up and diagnostic work I travel across almost the entire state of Oklahoma, depending on the customer and the project. What a geothermal diagnostic costs
A geothermal diagnostic is $348 flat, weekday or after hours, same number either way. That is a full performance audit: loop pressure, refrigerant charge, desuperheater, controls and heat exchanger, done by an IGSHPA accredited technician, with a written report and a quote before I leave. A geothermal tune up is also $348. Two different products, same price on purpose, so you can hold onto one number.
You pay the $348 up front and you get the report whether or not you hire me for the repair.
