One payment, and it carries the whole system
The Geothermal Comfort Plan is a ten-year residential lease, powered by Palmetto on ClimateMaster equipment. You pay the same amount every month for 120 months. I design the loop, I put the system in, and I stay your service provider for the whole term.

What changes the payment for your house
System size
A 3 ton house and a 6 ton house are not the same project. Size comes off a load calculation, not off the square footage on the tax record.
Sets the project totalLoop type
A horizontal slinky field needs room to dig. Vertical bores fit a tight lot but cost more to put in the ground. Your soil and your acreage decide which is even possible.
Often the swing factorDuctwork and power
Ductwork that cannot move the air, or an electrical panel with nothing left in it, both show up in the project total.

Synchrony runs up to 18 months at 0% and you own it from day one. JB Financing routes through 30 plus lenders and works with credit scores as low as 590. Do I pay anything upfront?
No, not on the lease. Qualified homeowners start at zero dollars upfront. The estimate that gets you there is free too, and for geothermal I travel across almost the whole state.

What makes my payment different from the examples?
Three things, mostly. The size of the system your house actually needs, which comes off a load calculation and not a guess. The loop: vertical bores cost more to put in the ground than a horizontal slinky field, and your lot and your soil decide which one is even possible. And the house itself, meaning ductwork, electrical and how the mechanical room is laid out.
What is included in the monthly payment?

If we start now, the loop work and the install still fit before Thanksgiving, where the schedule allows. Geothermal takes longer than swapping a furnace because the loop goes in first, so the earlier I see the property, the easier it is to hold a date. I will tell you straight what is realistic once I look at the project.
