no cooling during service hours, a building with no heat in freezing weather, or a rooftop unit
that will not stay running no matter how many times it gets reset. If you are not sure whether

How much does an after-hours commercial HVAC call cost in Oklahoma?

commercial equipment up to 15 tons, and that price does not change at night, on a weekend or on
a holiday. There is no after-hours surcharge and no separate emergency rate stacked on
top of it. Equipment larger than 15 tons is sized and quoted by the technician once he is on
site, because a business owner should not have to know their rooftop unit’s tonnage before
calling for help.
Do you handle emergency commercial refrigeration calls?
Hartzell’s Heat & Air services commercial refrigeration, including walk-in
coolers and freezers, but refrigeration is not priced from the same flat rate as HVAC
equipment. Every walk-in is different, and what it costs to diagnose depends on the

What happens if the parts I need are not available that night?
When factory parts are not available right away, a commercial system can often be
run on documented temporary measures until the parts arrive, and I will tell you plainly when
