What This Role Does
- Support or perform geothermal service, loop-field work, installation, commissioning and follow-up depending on verified skill level.
- Work around ClimateMaster equipment, geothermal flow centers, loop fields, controls, EWT, LWT, GPM, PSI and Delta T measurements.
- Protect homeowner property, job documentation, safety practices and clean handoff to Dave, Shelby and the field team.
Pay, Training and Terms
Pay is based on verified experience, licensing, safety record and the final written employment offer. Experienced producers may qualify for higher compensation.
Performance compensation is available according to the final written employment offer. Hartzell’s provides company-paid training, licensing and CEUs. Major tools and equipment responsibilities depend on the assigned role and final employment terms.
