My maintenance plans are called the 360 family. One name, three levels, and the same plan covers whatever you have: a straight air conditioner and furnace, a heat pump, a geothermal system, or a water heater. You prepay the seasonal visits, you get a repair discount on top, and I already know your equipment when something goes wrong.
Everything below is the current price. If you want the one visit on its own instead of a plan, that is a standalone tune-up at $229, and that page has the full checklist of what I actually check.

Which one fits you
One Visit Spring or Fall 360, $199. One system, one season, you mostly want a professional set of eyes on it once a year. It is bare on purpose. The value is the visit.
Spring and Fall 360, $360. The one most homes should be on. Both ends of the system get checked, you get the 10% repair discount capped at $300 per repair, and two standalone tune-ups would have cost you $458 anyway.
Full Year 360, $499. For the house that cannot be down: older equipment, somebody home all day, a medical reason, or a system you already know is on borrowed time. You get the emergency trip charge waived twice a year, filters all year, and you go to the front of the schedule.
The emergency waiver, exactly
On Full Year 360 and Geo Full Year 360 the $198 emergency dispatch is waived, up to two times per plan year. You still pay the $111 diagnostic, so an after hours call runs you $111 instead of $309. No emergency trip charge, twice a year. I am not going to write “unlimited” and then argue with you about it in August.
Air filters
Spring and Fall 360 gets two filters, one installed at each seasonal visit, and that is the whole benefit. Full Year 360 keeps those two installs and covers your filters for the rest of the year too: call the office, we will have them ready, and pick them up at the shop whenever you are in town. That trip is on purpose. It is how I keep up with your system between visits.
If you are down on the top plan
On Full Year 360 and Geo Full Year 360, if I cannot get your system running the same day, I will make arrangements to keep you comfortable, including putting you up for the night. That is between you and me, not a clause with conditions on it.
Heat Pump Maintenance Plans
A heat pump is the system that most needs a plan, because it runs both seasons instead of one. Same prices as above: $199, $360, or $499 a year. The difference is what gets checked.
On a heat pump I run and measure both modes, not just cooling. I watch a full defrost cycle, test the defrost board and sensor, check the reversing valve changeover, and read amp draw on every auxiliary and emergency heat strip. A dead heat strip is invisible until the coldest night of the year, and then your heat pump is trying to hold the house by itself. I also look at where your balance point actually falls, because that is what decides how often the expensive strip heat is carrying the load.
For a heat pump, Spring and Fall 360 at $360 is the plan that makes sense. One visit a year on a two season machine leaves half of it untested.
This is the air source plan. If your outdoor unit sits beside the house with a fan in it, you are in the right place. If there is no outdoor unit at all and the system trades heat with a buried loop, that is a geothermal, or ground source, heat pump, and it runs on the Geo 360 plans instead at $360 to $499 a year.
Furnace and Air Conditioner Service Plans
If you have a gas furnace and a separate air conditioner, the seasonal split is simple. Spring is the cooling visit: charge verified by superheat and subcooling, condenser coil cleaned, capacitor read against its rated microfarads, amp draws, temperature split, condensate drain flushed and the float switch tested. Fall is the heating visit: heat exchanger inspected, burners and flame sensor cleaned and tested, gas manifold pressure set to nameplate, combustion and carbon monoxide measured, flue draft checked, and every safety switch proved.
The heating visit is the one I will not let people skip. Cracked heat exchangers and bad flues are not comfort problems, they are carbon monoxide problems.

Geothermal is also the work I travel for: everyday AC, heating, and water heater service stays in my seven counties, but for geothermal I go across Oklahoma and most bordering states depending on the project.
A geothermal diagnostic is $348 flat, weekday or after hours, and that is separate from these plans. It is a full performance audit: loop pressure, refrigerant charge, desuperheater, controls, and heat exchanger, with a written report and a quote before I leave.

No separate plumbing maintenance plan is currently offered online.
Service Call Fee Rule
There is always a dispatch fee and always a diagnostic fee. A standard residential service call is $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic, $210 total. After hours is $198 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic, $309 total, and that one is non-refundable. Commercial is $389 flat, day or night. Geothermal is $348 flat, day or night. Repair work is always quoted separately before I start it.
Scheduled maintenance visits included in your plan carry no dispatch fee. Repair calls still carry the normal dispatch and diagnostic, unless the Full Year 360 emergency waiver applies. Somebody drove a truck to your house and spent time finding the problem, so both fees are always on the ticket.
What a Plan Does Not Do
A maintenance plan is not a warranty and it is not a repair contract. It does not cover parts, refrigerant, or repair labor. What it does is catch the drifting capacitor, the plugged drain, the weak heat strip, and the cracked heat exchanger before they become a July or January emergency, and it puts you on a list of people I already know.

Questions
How much does an HVAC maintenance plan cost in Oklahoma?
$199 a year for one seasonal visit, $360 a year for spring and fall, and $499 a year for the full year plan. Geothermal plans are $360, $428, and $499. The water heater plan, WH 360, is $199 a year.
Is a heat pump maintenance plan worth it?
On a heat pump, yes, more than on any other system. It runs in both seasons, so one annual visit only tests half of it. Spring and Fall 360 at $360 checks both modes, the defrost cycle, and every auxiliary heat strip, and it is less than the $458 two standalone tune-ups would cost.
What is the difference between a maintenance plan and a tune-up?
A tune-up is one visit you pay for when you book it, $229 on a weekday. A plan prepays the seasonal visits for the year and adds the repair discount, filters, and the scheduling benefits. Everything a tune-up covers is on the tune-up page.
Do plan members get free service calls?
No. The included maintenance visits have no dispatch fee. A repair call still carries the $99 dispatch and $111 diagnostic. The one exception is Full Year 360 and Geo Full Year 360, where the $198 emergency dispatch is waived up to twice a plan year and you pay just the $111 diagnostic.
How big is the repair discount?
10% on Spring and Fall 360 and on every Full Year and geothermal plan, capped at $300 per repair. One Visit Spring or Fall 360 has no repair discount. The top tier is better because of the emergency waiver and the filters, not because of a bigger percentage.
Can I still buy the older named plans?
No. Tune-Up PMA, Basic PMA, and Dave’s 360 are retired names. The current plans are One Visit Spring or Fall 360, Spring and Fall 360, Full Year 360, and the geothermal versions of each.
Can I put a maintenance plan on financing?
Yes. Financing covers plans, repairs, and add-ons like thermostats and air cleaners, not just new systems.
When do the visits happen?
Cooling in spring before the first stretch of 95 degree days, heating in fall before the first hard freeze. The office schedules them with you. Maintenance visits are planned work, so the earlier you book, the better the slot.
