Two tune-ups a year for less than two tune-ups
A standalone tune-up is $229. Because a heat pump works both seasons, most people want it checked twice, and that is what the plans are for.

A standalone heat pump tune-up is $229, done on weekdays between 7am and 3pm, and you do not need a plan. If you want it checked in spring and fall, the Spring and Fall 360 plan is $360 a year, against $458 for two standalone tune-ups.
How often should a heat pump be serviced in Oklahoma?
Twice a year: spring before cooling season and fall before heating season. A heat pump runs in both seasons here, so it racks up far more hours than an air conditioner that rests half the year.
How much does heat pump service cost if something is wrong?
The service call is $210 flat: $99 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic, not credited toward the repair. I quote the repair in writing before I do the work. After hours it is $309: $198 dispatch plus $111 diagnostic, non-refundable.

A well-maintained heat pump typically lasts 12 to 15 years in central Oklahoma. If yours is past 12 years and needs a compressor or reversing valve, I will lay out the repair price next to a replacement quote, and the new-system estimate is free.
