Edmond straddles two counties, Oklahoma and Canadian, and that matters more than people think when I price a job. The northern Edmond subdivisions out toward Coffee Creek and the Deer Creek area tend to sit on larger half-acre to two-acre lots with newer construction, which usually lets me lay a horizontal loop field 6 to 8 feet down.
