If you smell gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, leave the house first and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. Then call me. That comes before any troubleshooting I could talk you through.

Why a duct inspection comes first in Okarche
If a house here is not keeping up, I would rather crawl under it than write a quote. I have found duct in Okarche crawlspaces hanging open, collapsed, or simply lying in the dirt, and no amount of new equipment upstairs fixes that. It also explains the smell people describe when the system kicks on. Fix what is under the floor first, then talk about tonnage.
