Pay cash or check and it’s about 10% off. Pick it under “How do you plan to pay?”
One step up the ACiQ line, built by ICP (Carrier). An 80% furnace is the straightforward choice where the furnace vents through the existing flue.
Not sure of your size? The old nameplate is a starting point, not the answer. I run a load calculation at the estimate visit.
Add to your system
Most installs need nothing extra. About 1 in 10 homes needs new ductwork, and I’ll tell you at the estimate visit.
Most homes need I check these at the estimate visit and reuse what’s good.
Nice to have Optional upgrades.
Warranty plans JB extended labor coverage, optional.
Without my professional installation there is no warranty from me, and a manufacturer can deny its warranty when the equipment is not installed by a licensed HVAC contractor.
Federal EPA Section 608 rules require an EPA certified technician to handle the refrigerant in this equipment. To buy equipment only, I need a copy of your EPA 608 certification, or the certification of the technician installing it.
Your size and final price are confirmed in writing after the load calculation, before anything is ordered.
Equipment only is available if you’d rather. Refrigerant-charged equipment has to be installed by an EPA Section 608 certified technician, the manufacturer’s warranty has to be registered on time and covers parts, not labor, and equipment is ordered for your job, so ask me about returns before you buy.
- Sizes
- 2, 2½, 3, 4 ton
- Type
- AC + 80% gas furnace
- Stages
- Single-stage
- Cooling
- Single-stage
- Certified efficiency
- 15 to 16 SEER2 by size (AHRI certified sizes)
Sizes with an AHRI certificate show it with their certified rating. The line name is the maker’s.
What these terms mean
- SEER2
- Cooling efficiency over a whole season. Higher means less power for the same cooling. The number shown is the AHRI-certified rating.
- EER2
- Cooling efficiency on a hot 95 degree afternoon, the kind of day Oklahoma has all July.
- AFUE
- How much of the gas a furnace turns into heat. An 80% furnace vents up a metal flue. A 90%+ furnace vents through PVC pipe and needs a drain, so I check your house first.
- Single-stage
- Runs full speed or off. Simple and reliable.
- Two-stage
- Runs on low most of the time and high on the hottest days, for steadier temperatures.
- Variable speed (inverter)
- Ramps up and down to match the house: the steadiest temperatures and the best humidity control.
- AHRI certificate
- An independent certificate that this exact outdoor unit, coil and furnace or air handler were tested together and earn the rating shown.
- R-454B and R-32
- The refrigerants in today’s new equipment. Manufacturers stopped building new R-410A systems at the start of 2025.
A little more system than Essentials for about the same simple ownership.

Install day
- Before install day: an estimate visit, Manual J load calculation and duct check, then your written quote.
- I protect floors and walkways, shut off power and gas, and take out the old equipment.
- New outdoor unit, coil and furnace set and connected.
- Line set flushed and reused if it’s the right size, brazed with nitrogen flowing. A new line set, major duct or electrical work is quoted separately.
- Vacuum, charge and startup readings with gauges on, written down.
- Cleanup, a walkthrough of the thermostat and filter, and the old equipment hauled off.
Most residential replacements take 4 to 8 hours. See my full install standard.
Warranty
- ACiQ’s registered limited warranty, registered within 90 days. The exact parts term for this outdoor unit is confirmed at your estimate. Parts only, not labor.

Paying for it
Ways to pay: cash or check (about 10% off every price), credit cards, and financing through Hearth, Wisetack, JB Financing, Klarna, Synchrony and Wells Fargo. Cash is king, and I take cards too. Hearth, Wisetack, Klarna and JB Financing check offers with a soft credit pull, so looking won’t touch your score. Hearth works with credit scores as low as 550. Subject to credit approval.
Questions about this system
How much does an ACiQ Performance AC + 80% gas furnace system cost in Kingfisher Oklahoma?
Pick your size above: each size shows its equipment price, my $4,300 professional installation and the total. The smallest size starts at $4,710 for the equipment. Your size comes from a load calculation at the estimate visit, and you see the final price in writing before anything is ordered.
How do I know what size I need?
A system that’s too big short-cycles and leaves the house clammy, and one that’s too small runs all day in July. I run a Manual J load calculation on your house at the estimate visit so the size comes from the math, not the old unit’s nameplate.
What warranty comes with it?
ACiQ’s registered limited warranty, registered within 90 days. The exact parts term for this outdoor unit is confirmed at your estimate. Parts only, not labor. ACiQ coil: 10-year parts when registered within 90 days (5 years if not). ACiQ gas furnace: 10-year parts when registered within 90 days (5 years if not) and a 20-year heat exchanger. You register it for the longer parts coverage, and my post-install email sends you the link. My 1-year labor warranty covers the installation. Manufacturer warranties cover parts, not labor.
Can I buy the equipment only?
Equipment only is available if you’d rather. Refrigerant-charged equipment has to be installed by an EPA Section 608 certified technician, the manufacturer’s warranty has to be registered on time and covers parts, not labor, and equipment is ordered for your job, so ask me about returns before you buy.
Can I finance it?
Ways to pay: cash or check (about 10% off every price), credit cards, and financing through Hearth, Wisetack, JB Financing, Klarna, Synchrony and Wells Fargo. Cash is king, and I take cards too. Hearth, Wisetack, Klarna and JB Financing check offers with a soft credit pull, so looking won’t touch your score. Hearth works with credit scores as low as 550. Subject to credit approval.
