What makes a job light commercial
Commercial equipment is bigger tonnage, often three-phase power, often a packaged rooftop unit, with tighter refrigerant management and tighter response expectations because downtime costs you money. I handle light commercial systems every week. The public entry point is my $389 Level A diagnostic for systems up to 15 tons, day or night. Anything larger, I size on site and quote from there. Heavy industrial process cooling is outside what I do.
My Master HVAC License is the state-level credential that lets me pull permits and sign off on commercial work myself, without subcontracting it. If you are not sure whether your building fits, ask me first instead of waiting for a “we don’t do commercial” answer from your residential guy.

Do you work on commercial refrigeration?
Yes: walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, bar and keg systems, reach-ins, wine coolers and humidors. Refrigeration is quoted after I see the equipment.
How big a system can you handle?
Light commercial is my lane. Ask me first instead of waiting for a “we don’t do commercial” answer from your residential guy.
Do you offer commercial maintenance agreements?
